PERSONAL TRAINING
One on One Exercise Instruction
Exercise sessions are based on individual professional exercise coaching one-on-one session.
Clients find this mode to be motivating and helpful with strength training,
including people who require strength training and cardiovascular fitness
per a physician’s prescription. Sessions are individualized based
on current health status and posture analysis. Note: Clients with specific
health needs are required to bring the physician’s
assessment referral form with them.

In the loop at state-of-the-art personal training gym Symmetry Center
at 401 W. Ontario, 4th floor
In Lincoln Park at the progressive health care facility Chicago Spine and Sports at 922 West Diversey
