Though some of this works, these diets might result in a nutrient deficiency in the long run. And if the body learns about these deficiencies, it will try to divert nutrients to vital functions to cope up with the present situation. And as hair does not really serve a vital role in one’s well-being, it will be the last one to receive attention. This will eventually lead to lesser hair growth while you lose more in the process.
What you need is to learn to love and eat a balanced diet. Key nutrients like omega 3 and 6 should be included in your menu. Also, enrich yourself with food rich in iron especially during red days.
